HS-35A Vacuum Drying Oven

This vacuum drying oven is designed for drying the active parts of transformers under vacuum. The equipment is designed and manufactured with abundant experience and advanced technology, it can save about 40-50% time of drying compared with kindred products. It adopts automatically PLC control, supply drying processes (10KV & 33KV) for drying transformers 33KV 50MVA level products and other electric products.

I. Main technical characteristics

1. Advanced vacuum system design, enough condensate water release in the low temperature condenser, effectively prevent the contamination to the vacuum pump caused by the moisture in the drying process.

2. According to the b chamber body temperature during the heating process, adopt repeatedly alternating pressure automatically, periodically lower vacuum pressure in the tank to a certain value, to create the most suitable conditions for the evaporation of water within the insulation body, so that moisture from the drying vaporation process in a reasonable best state.

3. Through the alternating pressure drying process, product can effectively solve the rust problem of iron core during the drying process.

d) High reliability valve: variable pressure valve (including DN100 pneumatic valve, DN50 electric valve, film vacuum sensor (WIKA, key part)), Electromagnetic release valve, manual release valve, vacuum sensor, etc

e) The air pumped from the chamber will be cooled by condenser and dewatered

f) Configured with exhaust emission separator

3. Heating system

a) Heating method: thermal conductive oil heating up circulate in pipelines inside the drying chamber walls

b) Heating system parts: electric heating tubes, high temperature oil pump, filter, temperature control sensor, pressure gauge, high temperature valve, etc

c) Operating temperature: 150±5, temperature automatically control with 4 temperature probe, which is three-wire platinum resistor

d) Heating power: 72KW

e) Heating automatically, over temperature alert, expansion tank low oil alert, oil temperature control precision ±5

 

 

4. Pneumatic pipeline system

a) The system will be connected with the air source prepared by Buyer

b) Configured with Pneumatic FRL (valve, filter, and lubricator), valve, pressure gage, two five-way solenoid valve, air pipe etc.

c) High precision pressure switch for low air pressure alert

 

5. Control system

a) Integrated control cabinet, automatic mode and manual mode

b) Control and monitoring station consists of IPC, and Japan's Mitsubishi PLC control unit, equipped with a variety of detect instrumentation or component, and the implementing agency to achieve automatic control of the entire production process, and the platform adopts Beijing WellinTech Kingview. The control software can output data tables, and curve drawing file in PDF format, easy to read and save.

When a device fails, it automatic alarm and give maintenance and simple troubleshooting methods. After the sudden cut of power can save the state of implementation of the various parameters and procedures, continued to work when power reconnect or manual intervention from a process execution

Automatical dry endpoint judgment. The end of judgment: based on the time, vacuum degree and temperature data. When running, according to the process planning data of the whole process, machine automatically decides the end.

Automatically records the drying process technology curve drawing, save as historical data for future reference. To achieve item number for the index query

d) Auxiliary function and self-protection

f) Adopts PT100 temperature sensor, automatic control, high temperature alert

g) Controlling elements, electric parts adopt Schneider products

 

 

6. Condenser system

a) Horizontal structure condenser quick condensing vapour in the chamber

b) Condensing area: 8 m2, can bear 6 Bar pressure at least

c) Cooling water system: independent circulating system consisted of SIC-3W chilling unit, pipelines, valves, pressure meters and warning device for water pressure < (0.1Mpa) and temperature(<28). The chilling unit can supply cooling water under 20

 

7. Cooling water system

a) Supply cold circulating water under 28 to vacuum pump and condenser

b) The system will alert if water pressure is not enough
